This is one of the best hospital I have ever used so far, although the delayed by the staff in communicating with the HMO and sometimes after the HMO's approval, they will still not inform the patient about this. Aside from the delay thing, the facility is top notch.

Beachland hospital at arepo has a very poor customer service and also after approval has been granted for over 3 hours am yet to see the gynecologist, Non challant attitude from staffs is just so unbearable.
