It's a budget hotel, the food could be a quicker and some times takes 30-45mins to be served. The Air conditioner in my room was humming away all night. But it was an okay hotel all round.

Rooms are clean enough, food leaves alot to be desired as it's a hit and miss on most occasions with limited options. AC units need maintenance as mine wasn't working despite several complaints, staff are friendly but service is slow.

Bay view is nice. They contributed in making Easter vacation in Owerri a great pleasure. The nice swimming pool was a welcome indulgence in this heat! Friendly and courteous staff, nice ambience, affordable, well decorated rooms with modern facilities.
