A very good location, but the hotel need to improve in cleanliness, the toilets, towels and bedsheets.

Good value for its price considering the location. Although, the bedsheets were noticeably dirty. I appreciate the customer service— everyone was polite and willing to help. Also the light doesn’t run throughout the day but they switch the generator on at 5pm.

I called a month in advance to book a room, and confirmed my reservation every week. But what do I hear when I show up to lodge? "we are fully booked. The person you spoke to is not around we can't help you."

My experience with their GM, Mr. Godwin is terrible, that man has a very terrible customer service. I paid in advance for my guests but they were treated badly. He even refused to grant me audience when I wanted to complain to him.

There was cockroaches in all the rooms we were shown and the bedspreads looked like they had not been washed weeks. The paint on the wall in the rooms were dirty some scaly. No peep holes in the door for me to look at the guy who came to knock my door in midnight to come and fix…
