No refund policy even if they get the booking wrong. The room we were eventually given was disgustingly dirty, shower wasn’t working. Window was left open and no mosquito net. Just unnecessarily difficult

Its very ridiculous that their wifi is not functional. No towel was provided, I booked a room for two people, requested for two towel they reluctantly provided just one towel after back and forth argument. I would not recommend the hotel Not a pleasant experience

As the name implies,it is super cool place to be. The service was ok. Cool environment . The lounge is too notch. Fish pepper soup was excellent. Cool music to the hear and not loud. It's a place to visit
