They have very unhelpful and unprofessional staff at their shop especially one Mr. AY and his Cohort. However some of my other visits I've met some good ones but on this day horrible experience.

I was there to port my line to the network. I was attended to promptly by the customer service executive and was informed that my line will start working within 48 hours but within an hour it started working. Awesome service!

Very unprofessional & rude staff! I just left there after 1 hour of not being attended too. The disposition & don't care attitude of the ladies in the customer service center is really below acceptable standards.
