Their customer service is so bad and wack. They have you waiting for unreasonable hours to see the doctor even if you are so sick. No sense of urgency from their staff! They don’t take customers health seriously. They have only one doctor attending to the whole patient

Do not go to this hospital or use this hospital as your HMO. Their service is extremely poor, they have no sense of urgency, they will delay you then tell you that the lab has closed and can’t do tests and that you should come on a weekday. What if the situation is critical…
