The guys at the security post are very nice. The room is OK too and the environment is quiet. However, there was an issue with the AC and we had to use a fan😕

It’s a very nice and quiet environment, with good customer service. The staffs are welcoming, wonderful set of people. The facilities are excellent as well.

Aeroville apartment was so lovely, only problem was that there was no 24/7 receptionist neither staffs when you need them. Rooms was large with nice tight kitchen. Securities are okay. Gym is so neglected and unkept

It's nice as far as the apartment style or flat goes.. but they lack the basic things then say they offer... There is no staff on hand available to you if you need assistance once you check in.. the light are not 24 hour as advertised and the phone in the rooms are just there…
