Zero star... Yes, you have network outage... so what do you do about it? What is your contingency plan? Their mobile app and online banking did not work, neither did their ATM nor POS at the bank. You then get to their branch for help.... NOTHING!!!! A crying shame really. Need…

You'd notice that their services are efficient and there's a parking space for you in front of the bank. Most times, it could be occupied during business hours. Environment is quite decent and it's pretty easy to carry out transactions at ease.
