Tidy and organised. Wasn't busy on my visit afternoon time. There was a warm reception from the door staff to staff behind the counter. Time spent depends on your issue. I wasn't particularly impressed with the time it took me to get a new atm card. It's 2026 card issuance…

Ineffecient and non-chalant staff members. Very Poor service delivery and highly ineffective. I have never received a qualitt servuce for once. They always do not have network.😡

I am very dissatisfied with the operations team at this branch. I opened a corporate account for my small business and it's up to a month, the account has not been activated even after debiting me up to 20k in charges. This is not done anywhere I must say.
