I’ve had a terrible experience as an access bank customer. I’ve had to visit the bank for the same issues consistently and had my money locked up until I eventually decided to close the account after 6 months. The staff also seem unsympathetic to the plights of their customers…

This Access bank address is wrong. Any time I input this address map takes me to a place where there is no bank. Access bank should update this address to their exact location.

Great and friendly staff with a well organized banking hall. They are also covid 19 compliant so be sure to go along with your face mask...if you haven't got one, not to worry you can get at the entrance of the bank for a 100 naira
