Below average rating regarding attention to customer service. I had a naughty experience resolving an issue relating to my son's account which has been placed on hold since last week Thursday. This has not been rectified up till now.

The bank is just by the road by High level roundabout, with enough ATM gallery and staff strength to ease service delivery.

ATM issues, people have to queue under the sun. They should make better their services when it comes to ATM. Other stuff is okay. I will check in few months to update my report. I had to remove a star... I wish there was a NO STAR or ZERO STAR REVIEW. msteeeew...!
