I have never seen an hospital soo lackadaisical towards patients, imagine being kept waiting for nearly an hour because the person to confirm from your HMO chose to just come late after which you’ll wait for another one hour because the lab attendant has not come at 11:45 am…

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at the hospital. The delays in response from the staff were unacceptable. I had to wait for an eternity to get attended to, and even then, the care was not up to par. As a patient, I expect timely and efficient care…

This hospital is absolutely awful, especially when it comes to emergencies. When we arrived that night, the entrance was locked because a staff member was too busy loosing her braids on duty, leaving us stranded outside. Eventually, she sauntered over after what felt like ages…

The hospital is always quiet and their doctors and nurses are very polite. They give optimum service to their patients but when it comes to getting referrals from HMOs they take too long to send out mails which is the only problem I have with them

A private hospital easy to locate. Quick services. Available doctors. Respectful nurses. Parking space available but if the vehicle in front has to come out, all other cars has to drive out first. Apart from the Bell at the reception which sounds at times, it's a quiet place…
