This wasn’t a one-time occurrence, as I have visited multiple times and encountered the same issue. On my last visit, I was disappointed to be served cold food that was neither fresh nor reheated, making it distasteful. Additionally, I couldn't order swallow dishes because there was no water at the handwashing basin—something that should never happen in a restaurant.
Overall, P&P has great potential with its appealing ambiance, affordability, and variety of food options, but it urgently needs to improve its customer service and food quality consistency. These issues, if addressed, would make it a top-tier dining spot in Abeokuta.
