I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-kept the place was. Now, for the main event—the pizza! I ordered the Dominion Supreme, and it was hands-down one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside, and the toppings were incredibly fresh and generous. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Each bite was a burst of flavor! What truly sets this place apart, besides the amazing food, is the service. The team was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. They were also very knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer recommendations. If you’re looking for a great pizza spot in Abeokuta with a wonderful ambiance and top-notch service, look no further. Dominion Pizza is the real deal. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu items soon. Keep up the great work!

It’s one of those places that makes you feel welcome right away. But what truly made my visit exceptional was Mrs. Modupe, one of the supervisors. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from checking on our table with genuine warmth to making sure we were satisfied with every detail. Her professionalism, kindness, and calm energy added such a personal touch to the whole experience. It’s rare to meet someone who takes their job so seriously yet makes it feel so effortless. Big shout-out to Mrs. Modupe for her outstanding service! She’s truly a gem and a great representation of what excellent customer service should be. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending South Kitchen & Lounge to friends and family.

The pastry is nice and the mart sells varieties of fast moving goods from beverages to snacks to other items for personal use. The bread is one of the best in town by some people's judgement. Although it has likited parking spaces, it is a nice place to visit on your way out of Abeokuta linking the old Lagos road

Its prime location makes it easily accessible, and the spacious parking area is a plus. The security personnel at the entrance were professional, which set a good first impression. Inside, the restaurant boasts a beautiful and spacious dining hall, with a separate section dedicated to selling bread. The menu is diverse, offering everything from local dishes and swallows to rice meals, snacks, drinks, and ice cream. The food is quite affordable, though the portion sizes are relatively small, which may require you to buy more to feel satisfied. My first experience was enjoyable—the food was tasty, and the environment was clean and peaceful, making it a great place for private dining and family outings. They also offer takeout, and there's a dedicated kiddies' play area, which is a thoughtful addition. However, my experiences with customer service have been consistently poor. The counter staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and in a hurry to attend to customers, often wearing frowns. This wasn’t a one-time occurrence, as I have visited multiple times and encountered the same issue. On my last visit, I was disappointed to be served cold food that was neither fresh nor reheated, making it distasteful. Additionally, I couldn't order swallow dishes because there was no water at the handwashing basin—something that should never happen in a restaurant. Overall, P&P has great potential with its appealing ambiance, affordability, and variety of food options, but it urgently needs to improve its customer service and food quality consistency. These issues, if addressed, would make it a top-tier dining spot in Abeokuta.
