Sunday O.★★★★★ — My experience with Lily Hospital has been nothing short of traumatic and painful.. This is one of the worst hospital experiences I’ve ever had. From overpriced services to rude and unprofessional staff, the entire ordeal has been exhausting. Doctors are a bit okay, most of them are trainees anyway, not professionals but they do their best. Shockingly, for a hospital this large and expensive, there is only one pediatric consultant and no neonatologist on staff.
For over eight days (as of October 16, 2025), I have been requesting an update on my hospital bill for my baby, and each time I’m met with one excuse after another. It’s unacceptable that such a basic request is taking so long.. This hospital engages in what I can only describe as fraudulent and unethical practices.
For example:
* They ask patient relatives to donate blood “for their sick ones, yet the donated blood is never actually used for those relatives.
* They double-charge for services.
* I was told to create separate billing accounts for my wife and child, only to later find my child’s treatments listed under my wife’s bill. This is an obvious billing manipulation.
This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and cannot trust this hospital. I would never recommend Lily Hospital to anyone. Coming here was a mistake I’ll never repeat.
Oluchi O.★★★★★ — The worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. After almost 3 weeks of promising to book my children for an ENT appointment at the Warri clinic, I was finally called yesterday to come this morning. ENT doctor came late. We kept pleading with them to check my 2year old twins as it was getting late and they are not resident in Warri but the nurses refused. Finally saw the doctor few minutes to 8pm. It’s past 10pm now and my children are still on their way to Ughelli from the hospital appointment they went for in the morning. In all my years of visiting hospitals, even public ones, I have never had this kind of terrible experience.
Tejiri U.★★★★★ — All they care about is the money (20k per session/2 hours) they don't want their patients to get better, my mom came here for 8 months and she still can't stand on her own.... their physiotherapist VIVIAN literally does not know her job.
Solomon B.★★★★★ — Very unserious people. Don’t take their calls and hardly responds to messages
