I remember being quite skeptical when the staff encouraged me to register for a quarter instead. I kept insisting my goal was simply weight loss, but they explained that the gym was about so much more — community, wellness, feeling stronger and better overall. Turns out, they were absolutely right. By the end of that quarter, I happily renewed for an entire year because my experience exceeded every expectation. It became more than just a place to work out; it became part of my lifestyle and something I genuinely enjoyed. The environment, the support, and the overall energy made a huge difference for me physically and mentally. The only reason I stopped was because I got pregnant. Now that my baby has started solids, I’m excited to return — and I’m even happier to see the introduction of more activities and expanded wellness experiences. I recently tried the massage experience and absolutely loved it. I’ll definitely be booking more sessions! If you’re looking for a gym that genuinely cares about your overall wellbeing and not just fitness goals, I highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere is motivating, supportive, and empowering, and that’s something I really value. One thing I would love to see improved is the addition of more versatile strength-training equipment, especially an all-in-one machine that allows for exercises like squats, lat pull-downs, heavy arm and back work, and lower body training in one space. It would also be great to have dedicated hip thrust equipment or heavier hip thrust setups available, as many women are looking to progressively train glutes and legs safely with heavier weights. Overall, it’s a great space with an amazing community, and a few equipment upgrades would make the experience even better.
