Grove C.★★★★★ : You guys urologist is trash, I had an appointment with him on a Wednesday by 4:30pm, by 3:25 I called him and told him I’m at the hospital, so he said he’ll be there before 4:30 so that he doesn’t keep me waiting, I was appreciative of that, only for me to call him by 4:00pm, and he was asking who his speaking too, I explained that we just spoke and he said 4:30 is his schedule in the hospital, after he said he’ll be there before 4:30, I said ok, paid for the appointment 11k and then waited until past 5 and he never came, only for me to leave and then he called me saying his at the hospital. I told him i have a place to be and I’m heading there, next week Wednesday, I called him in the morning telling him I’ll be coming by 4:30pm he asked if I was the one who came last week, I said yes and he arrogantly said I should go to hospital to get a refund, he won’t be meeting with me, I think you should have a urologist who is reasonable and responsible, not your current urologist!!
