I truly love the arrangement, entrance on one side, exit on another, a big even centre, arranged in a manner that does not affect the rooms and the swimming pool is clean, the environment is neat and serene from the noise of town. The light supply is good, but then again, based on your budget, I think the least room is 30k plus...., there about, it has a dedicated area for gym and bar to cool off. Sure, your budget will do the talking here. For a place like that in Makurdi, it deserves all the stars it gets from me.

It doesn't have parking lot, you can park along the road, there's no wheelchair access. They also do takeaways.

I would suggest that spiders up in the trees should be removed, especially the ones with large webs directly above eating tables and a channeling of water in the car park to reduce the puddles formed after rain.
