Apparently, it’s a beloved birthday destination, there were multiple celebrations happening the same evening I visited, which added to the lively, upscale atmosphere. I was a guest at the hotel and stopped by Calido just for tea and dessert, so I can’t speak extensively on the full menu, but the tea was very nice and the tres leches cake was absolutely divine.
The ambiance is top-tier and the vibes are elite. I also really appreciated the wet wipes on the tables, small touch, big impact, and the service was attentive throughout. All in all, it’s a great spot for a chic evening out, celebrations, or a relaxed rooftop hang.

To our surprise, we were told it’s against their policy to serve just bottled water. Apparently, you must order something “more” to sit there. That’s absolutely ridiculous.
It’s unfair and unprofessional to turn away customers because of what they choose to consume. Not everyone drinks alcohol or soda — and no one should be forced to.
We left quietly, but the treatment was unacceptable.
If you're not inclusive of all kinds of customers, then you shouldn't be in hospitality.
