Not T. ★★★★★ : I visited this salon to get a pedicure for my friend, and to redo my toenail polish. I observed the lady doing my toenails using a cuticle remover and I told her to stop because I bleed easily, but she stubbornly insisted that there would be no bleeding, because obviously she knows better than me who owns the feet. I literally almost had to threaten her that if I saw any blood… because she was very insistent! Of course, I bled. I left there with 3 injuries on my toes because of this inept staff. In addition, my toes were shaped lopsidedly and just horribly done. I do appreciate that she was swapped with someone else and the lady redid some of the errors, but overall - my experience was horrible. My friend complained as well that his feet hurt after the supposed pedicure he received. In addition to my personal grievances, I was appalled by the way another client was being spoken to, concerning one of her nails. The nail tech was very uncouth and very disrespectful and dismissive. I just had a bad taste in my mouth. I will NEVER visit this place again.
