For me this is a worst loan app with bad customer service. Very unprofessional and keep hanging up calls. My regret was borrowing 400k to pay 500k. For 5months installation payment. First repay was in 2 weeks 100k after I paid the 100k I decided to borrow more which they called top up. I just requested to borrow 450k. To my greatest surprise no details was shown and I mistakenly confirm, after that, surprisingly I saw 2million as my total repay loan. From my calculation the interest of total 850k is 1,150,000naira. This is totally crazy. I have tried to call / wrote keep telling them to please cancel my latest loan request and they keep playing with me. I'm going to report this criminal to CBN and some relevant authority for this stealing by tricks company. I believe after that their license will be withdrawn from them.
