Situated near the Abuja Continental Hotel & Silverbird Plaza, the surrounding area, (Wuse Zone 4), is a highly commercial neighborhood that also houses several government offices & hotels, making it a bustling business district. Also, Zone 4 in Wuse, Abuja, is a prime commercial hub known for its central location, housing major landmarks like the Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Ibro International Hotel, & various government offices.
