pnd as I had no idea why it was out that I was still transacting and using this account up ti 2 month ago when suddenly I made a transfer via LemFi to send to my aged Parents and it didn’t send only for me to escalate and was sent form s to fill which I did relative came back to say my signatures and name were not exact the way It was in my account I had attached my NIn and passport even my brp and bills giving the reason I can’t come physically to the bank as I am not in the country I have no access to my other accounts due to inactivity and not having some infos I have had this access since 2016 this was opened for me by Nysc I have been called on WhatsApp I still haven’t been able to send money out I am just asking why it’s soo hard to release my account and let me send money out I have explained this is emergency and life threatening issues will you like to have a headline of a death case sure to inability to come up with bills because access bank did freeze a customer’s account because this money is to be sent to a loved one in dire need of it what else is the issue I keep sending emails and getting auto reply this is soo bad and shameful as the won’t take hours for banks In the country I reside to solve even without seeing me as they can easily make a call and ask some questions to prove my identity you even made me did a video call on WhatsApp yet nothing went on instagram no response . ????
