I mean, I bought a refrigerator brand new and it's not cooling. Took it back for replacement but they didn't want to replace it. Instead they called someone to repair what I just bought for a good amount of money. Absolutely nonsensical 🤔🫤

Another thing that I noticed was that they didn't really have stock, only one per appliance and that's not good business at all, leaving the customer no variety to choose from.
