1. Front desk: registered my name wrongly as Emmanuel instead of
Laura N.★★★★★ — These people are very funny, go there at your own risk especially if you want a colonoscopy done. I paid in full for a colonoscopy test for my mum, the so called doctor in charge did an incomplete colonoscopy, the hospital that ask my mum to do the test , told us we needed to do another one as they need a complete result. I complained to foremost, this unprofessional CS sent this nonsense to me, saying the doctor give no valid reason for why he couldn't complete the colonoscopy, he just said he could not complete it, and they expect me to be okay with it! Without a refund! After paying so much! Y'all must be high on anaesthesia!! Go to this place at your own risk, because if you run into any issues with them, they will post and ignore you. Is only to collect money that you people know how to do efficiently! Rubbish! I wish I could give 0 star!!!
NSE A.★★★★★ — Overall service was good and prompt but POS machine seems to be old model because it doesn't have select options for current account, savings account, etc. I will appreciate if you can work on this. Making a transfer costs me extra because of transfer fee.
Thank you
neny R.★★★★★ — My experience with Milecent Health has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. Their customer relations stand out. They listen, explain clearly, and follow up properly. The environment is clean, well-maintained and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Their services are efficient and professional. I genuinely recommend Milecent Health to anyone looking for quality healthcare and excellent customer experience.
Hassan O.★★★★★ — I highly recommend milecent health! My experience with their service was excellent from the start to finish. The (service type,e.g., mobile diagnostics, consultation.) process was incredibly smooth and convenient. The staff member,(Doctor innocent and staff flora and habbi) who came to my location was professional, friendly, and put me and my patients completely at ease. The quick turnaround and clear communication from the customer relations team are what truly set them apart. Thank you for your good work and outstanding service!" Adeyemi M.★★★★★ — For a matter of urgency, I went there yesterday to run a test on malaria and typhoid so I can give it to my doctor for an urgent treatment. And up till this moment, I haven’t gotten my result. I texted them on WhatsApp but there was no response. I called their hotline, there was still no response.
I don’t want to talk about their water dispenser that looks dirty and unkept and no water in it for patients. It’s so annoying to be the one disturbing a said competent laboratory for my own medical report.
I hope I don’t patronize them again after this one for their incompetence.
Noted P.★★★★★ — Sometimes I wake up thinking about my late mum — it’s been seven years and two months since that night at the hospital. What still pains me isn’t only the low standard of care; it’s that my family and I were treated as if we could be taken advantage of. Compared with Nnewi Teaching Hospital, their practices felt careless and transactional. When I went through the bills line by line, I found a charge for 12 hours of ICU care even though she was there for barely two hours. It looked like a printed template handed to us without proper review.
The official time of death on paper didn’t match what doctors told us in meetings during the Chaos in the INDIAN manager’s office (he wears ear-rings). When the manager called a meeting amid the confusion, he suggested directly to me some doctors in other hospital delay death declarations (in the ICU) just to inflate bills; but this time he’s being honest that my mum died in 2 hours and then after telling me that, he unconsciously expected me to accept a 12‑hour ICU charge (in other words, I should indirectly reward him for his honesty -which I caught them right on the act.” His honesty was an act of being caught not genuine repentance, I was worried they might not admit my late mum because at first, they looking at our pockets; they thought I could not bear the cost, in the ICU; yet they still billed those hours which were not administered. I even saw a nurse returning drips and supplements that were supposed to be given to her but never given because they declared her — and those items still appeared on my bill. There was no proper checking until I raised my voice and exposed the errors.
There’s a difference between creating a comfortable environment and actually caring for the sick. Flat‑screen TVs and air conditioning do not replace honest treatment, thorough checks, or fair billing. Visitors may enjoy the luxury, but the patient deserves competent, compassionate care.
I’ve spoken with several doctors that night and tried to forgive those who treated us poorly; I’ve tried to move on. Coming back after seven years and 2 months…, only to be reading similar recent complaints online; this convinces me the authorities should investigate. Some staff are good, but the management and billing practices need accountability and better welfare checks.
This is our country.
If circumstances change and I’m in a position to influence oversight, I will pursue accountability for how my family and others were, and are being treated, If God permits ☝🏻; unless the hospital entire management has truly and demonstrably repented reformed.

udeh F.★★★★★ — I wouldn’t refer
Took my mum for a test there
It took them over 2 weeks to produce a 24hrs test result.
Mukhtar Y.★★★★★ — They claim they work 24/7 and will even ask you to come if you call only for them to tell you through the window that they close by 8pm
Oscar C.★★★★★ — I did MRi and CT i did at Igbobi and ikeja the centers are well organized and the facilities are very clean. Israel
Adegboyega A.★★★★★ — MRI diagnostic facility without MRI compatible devices like ventilator, monitors knowing fully well they will be managing critical patients.
They do not have normal oxygen not to talk of MRI compatible oxygen cylinders.
This is poor
And of course 60% of staffs I met are rude with poor customer service
Najaat A.★★★★★ — I went somewhere October or November last year, my daughter got holter ECG machine installed on her, we are under HMO and that was my first time going there the receptionists there were laughing because I did not pay money (a down-payment) of 50k I told them we were under HMO I mean... what's the harm in explaining? But they were laughing asking whether I thought that too is for charity of course I'm from an obvious tribe and up until today, nobody called to tell us our result is ready ( we went back after 8 days the result wasn't ready and they said they'd call when it's out)
Hat R.★★★★★ — A nightmare! I stayed for 3 hours waiting for ultrasound result just to hear that they can't find the result. Nonchalantly, asking I come the next day for a repeat. Can you refund the money so it can be done somewhere else, the lady at the "report collection" place said it wasn't possible. How are you giving me a scan result without the film which was the reason I waited for so long in the first place. Horrible service! When you work in a place like this, empathy should be one of the most important attributes to look out for but that lady at the collection centre lacks it.
OLUWAFEMI O.★★★★★ — The parking arrangement ad reception area should be more organised.
omolola O.★★★★★ — My experience here was a truly impressive experience. I was able to go in, get my MRI scan done and get the images within (or even less than) 1 hour in total. I got the report in my inbox same night as well even though the standard time is 48-72 hours. The staff were professional and the dark-skinned lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The technology was premium grade. I would definitely go back for any repeat scans and recommend to anyone.
judith J.★★★★★ — Great people and prompt attendance ro clients.
The Laboratory manager is a very considerate and patient person. He took his time to answer all my questions and even made calls to other Laboratory for me to be clarified.
Kudos sir.
Blessing N.★★★★★ — This is far the best lab I have visited.
The staffs are polite and friendly with little or no waiting time you get attended to and the scan departments communicate effectively making you feel at ease answering questions you may have, indeed I had a pleasant experience.
Oluwadamilola O.★★★★★ — I am too exhausted to leave a review but I’ll try because I may be saving the next victim of this institution.
I have been at this with BT health for more than a week. First, a creatinine test which is one of the fastest test to take took 3 days before it was ready.
Now, I did an MRI since Monday. I left the premises on Monday at around 8pm because I had to wait about two to three hours before getting my MRI film and CD. Today is Friday and as I type this, my report isn’t ready.
I really wonder if BT Health understands that no one comes for an MRI because they feel like it. It’s a procedure that’s done because a person is in pain and needs help.
I don’t want to belabour this. Don’t go to BT Health; they lack the empathy required for being in the health system.
Oluwakemi O.★★★★★ — The fact that its compulsory to do every test, scans xray here is soo annoying if you are seeing a doctor in Lasuth.
Thr staffs are always carrying unhappy face, most unfortunate part is BTHDC dont take patients health important. Result of 48hrs will still not be ready after a week. And they will just tell you its not ready with no empathy.
