Their call lines always go through, you can ask which branch you need to do your MRI/CT tests. Cost wise, it also seemed cheaper compared to the other facilities in town.
Got my results via WhatsApp and email and I appreciate that they have a telemedicine platform you could use to communicate with your doctor even if you can’t come in physically for the review of results.
Been here to run tests with like 5 different relatives and they haven’t disappointed me.
EDIT: Y’all they have a wellness place for like beauty treatments and stuff, these people are not playing! And all the vaccines you can think of. MMR, HPV and they run Covid tests too.

The radiographer explained what the knocking sounds meant, offered ear protection and a squeeze bulb, and checked in between sequences. The front desk got me in within 20 minutes of my appointment, and they WhatsApp’d the images to my doctor that evening, with the report the next morning. The room felt clean, the machine looked modern, and everyone stayed calm even though it was busy. If I could change one thing, it would be clearer signage from the entrance to the MRI unit. Apart from that, 10/10 care and communication.💃💃😍

The place is in a nice location the staff was nice but the lab fee was way too high over 157k naira. I couldn't say anything rather than to take the paper I came with an left. I didn't use the service so I can't talk about it. But I believe they provide good services but was expensive for me
