- Amit D. ★★★★★ : We normally go to sweet tooth and we never had major issues with customer service or taste, today sweet tooth was closed early sonwe decided to visit cold stone. When we entered store, no one greeted us, there were no tasting spoons available for us to taste the flavours before placing orders, in frozen yogurt section only kiwi and original flavor was available but atleast the girl attending to us was sincere and courteous. In ice cream section, the person attending to us was very clueless about customer service, shr refused outright for tasting spoons, when we made choice of ice creams she started giving us in cups in reduced quantity with hollow scoop. She was using same scoop for all flavours making it difficult to scoop as well as risking cross contamination across various flavours. When we pointed to her mistake and asked for correction, she didn't take feedback in acceptable manner We had to demnd bill after paying through pos Very very pathetic experience, not going again! Definately not recommended
