Overall it satisfied my craving, the strawberry cheesecake flavour is the best. I had to get two more scoops, making 4 scoops in Total.

I brought this concern to the attention of the staff, and a sample was provided to another customer, who confirmed that it did not taste like vanilla. Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the manager offered an apology or any assurance that the issue would be addressed or prevented in the future. Instead, the primary focus appeared to be on completing the payment, which I proceeded with.
Although the amount paid was minimal, the experience was unpleasant and disappointing. I retained my receipt. While I do not usually post reviews online, I felt compelled to share this experience to raise awareness. Both the product quality and level of customer service fell below acceptable standards, indicating a need for significant improvement.
Overall, it was a very poor experience.
