It was after three hours that I approached them that I was told that they were waiting for a response from my HR, nobody thought to inform me about the delay or cause of delay.
Their customer service is appalling and for someone that was in need of treatment as soon as possible. Their reception was unwelcoming.

The front desk ladies should be at the park working with Agberos, they act very uncultured, mannerless and have no empathy. I visited this place 3 times in one year and my experience was the same, the first time I thought they all had a bad day, but I have now confirmed they are just bunch of unprofessionals from front desk- doctor - radiographer. They need to be retrained or their licenses withdrawn. Do not recommend.ever!!
