Overall, the experience was much more pleasant than my previous visit. However, one area that could use improvement is their financial management. Payments and receipts are still handled manually, with cash transactions only—no POS or bank transfer options available. This is a concern for a federal health facility, as it presents several potential issues.
If they can address this, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
