The classes are sooo intense, even as a gym rat, you’d feel pain when you wake up the next day. It is not a vanilla gym, it is an ATHLETE GYM, where you must sweat! There is also healthy competition among the gym members. I recommend this gym for loosing weight & building muscles but be aware the sessions are really intense & too stimulating! Drawbacks: it is not a cute gym where you can take instagram pictures. The setup is quite unaesthetic 🤣. But overall the gym atmosphere, culture & sessions are a solid 4.5/5!
