• Adedolapo B. ★★★★★ — The establishment is set up to frustrate its customers. They are a fraud! Imagine going somewhere to lodge and they charge you fees to enter the facility! I’ve never seen anything like it! Entered and told the Security I was going to the hotel , and instead of telling me there’s a separate entrance, he made me walk all the way through the park from the main gate to the hotel. On my night there, I had to stay up all night because of I was hunting for cockroaches. Had to move the bed to find a colony of cockroaches under the bed (which has never been cleaned or vacuumed) Paid for the room and a compulsory 10k caution fee was demanded which I paid, only to be told I won’t receive my money till two days on the day I checked out. They didn’t care if I had plans for the money or not. TELL ME WHY IT TOOK OVER A WHOLE WEEK TO GET MY CAUTION FEE BACK, A WEEK AND HUNDREDS OF PHONE CALLS. They only reacted when I lost my temper, no apologies whatsoever after the refund was made. My opinion about the place is personal, I love the serenity, the large space. But for the facilities, there’s nothing about the place that makes it worth the price. The rooms don’t even have refrigerators. Their water heater don’t even work.
• Mary J. ★★★★★ — Your staffs are so saucy nd rude nd also mannerless … they don’t know how to approach their customers … imagine ur staff saw me nd my friends taking selfie inside d stadium nd requested for us to pay 10k per pics …and even insulted us again … u need to change some of ur workers or else people won’t come to ur lounge anymore bec they are spoiling d image of d place already which is so bad … pictures are meant to be taken there ;even if we are meant to pay ;not up to 10k common u guys can do better
