AN UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF WASTE (ANIMAL) WATER ON MINFA ESTATE ROAD BY MERCY FARM LIMITED
We write to bring to your attention/ notice, the unlawful discharge of animal wastes (e.g faces, urine and other excrement) along with contaminated pond water on the MINFA Estate Road by MERCY FARM located along the MINFA Estate Road.
This Mercy Farm is owned and managed by the popular JEVINIK Restaurant Owerri, Imo State.
This ungodly activity has been illegal, illicit, forbidden and unwarranted, bringing untold hardship to the residents. They have carried out this villainous act for many years now. The negative effects of their action has contributed to the colossal damage of the MINFA Road, which was duly constructed by the Imo state government for the estate and its environs. The pollution of the environment has forced a lot of residents to move out because of its unhealthiness.
We, therefore solicit that you use your good office as a matter of urgency to come to our aid. All previous efforts made by the Estates’ residents, Ezeakiri village, Assumpta minor seminary and all road users have proved abortive. The only option left for us is to use VIOLENCE, which we don't want to take the laws in our own hands.
We therefore believe that your office has all it takes to rescue us from this situation. We also recognize your wonderful works in our dear state Imo, our problem won't be a big deal for you.
We thank and appreciate you, hoping for a quick disciplinary actions against this common Enemy of our environment.
