Staff here are extremely polite and calm- very rare in Nigeria😎 I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because of slow communication back to customer and the lack of interests of the designers in working to create a design as requested by the customers; they prefer you choose from their in-house already made designs even if you have to use your fabric. Above all, sewing is neat. Price is somewhat on the high side, but you’d be happy with the product. Would definitely recommend. February 14, 2026. I’d love to give an update on this store. I’d say this is one of the most professional and consistent store in Nigeria. Quality of products in terms of materials and workmanship have remained the same or improved overtime. Staff professionalism Even under stress is top notch compared to that of any industry(staff) in Nigeria, not just Lagos or in the fashion industry, but they can do better…just a little bit more training is needed. I find myself returning to this store for the above reasons. Yes, they’re pricey but what you get and the experience are worth it. Seems the staff love it here- no frowning, fear or anxiety on their faces… Styles, fabric combination and fit are great and precise.
