While there are some positives about this estate, there are also some areas that could use improvement. For example, the estate only allows cars to enter, which can be inconvenient if you are unable to trek for more than 5 minutes or don't have anyone to pick you up from the bus stop. Additionally, access to the estate is granted only when the person you are visiting calls security at the gate, which can be stressful if their phone line is unavailable or switched off.
