victoria E.★★★★★ — I am so disappointed at the service of your Receptionist at your studio, we took a photograph on the 31st of March in preparation of my daughter’s birthday, we select some photos she was telling us to be fast that they want to close and we came in there at 7:15pm we selected same pictures and she did not even bother to display it for us to reconfirm. Only for us to get the pictures 3 pics are same thing, she said it was what we selected. We had to repay for the exact pictures we needed. We came in 1st April to take another picture only for her to display it for us to reconfirm it was what we really wanted. And i told her this was what you ought to do yesterday, she is very rude. She should be retrain.
