It has been used in the past by the National football team the Super Eagles as a training ground. The pitch is a standard FIFA sized pitch with natural turf. It also has an extension for track events.

This place has severally served as training pitch for super eagles and other national teams. The seating capacity is low though the topography allows more fans. The place is secure and the pitch is a standard one. It can be accessed from Goldie Mount Zion, Etta Agbor and Atamunu. For those trekking, Goldie entrance is the best. For a good parking space, enter from the main Campus gate.

There's an African Church to the right which also provides access to the field as that portion is unfenced. Field is large enough to accommodate a 7 aside football match, and host open door events. There's still a portion of overgrown bushes inside too
