Bridget I.★★★★★ : The seafood combo which cost 45,000 was an absolute delight. It’s also so much, impossible for one person to finish at one sitting. It’s also so takes about 45 mins to prepare and tastes really good. The fisherman soup also tastes great and the customer service is great. The only problem we encountered was heat when they took the light but that didn’t last for long
Tracy E.★★★★★ : Was not impressed. This was my third time here & it would be my last. The food took nearly 2 hours to arrive & it was Cold ❄️🥶 need I say more??? For a meal that cost us ₦230k plus, it was the worst expenditure of my adult life!!! I'm not just saying this, I had been here before on 2 desperate occasions; first in 2019, then 2021 & last week. Will not recommend after this last experience!!!
Frankibaby O.★★★★★ : Very rude and uncultured waited for over 1hour after ordering the fish and they sold out all the cracker fish no apologies whatsoever, we got there 6:48pm after 1hour they sold out all the fish after we have paid we came in very early its sad, they only relate with people that speak Hausa
Regina R.★★★★★ : Our go to spot for good grilled fish.
Mimi S.★★★★★ : Chilled place for evening hangout! Pls take not the pepper soup bowl can serve 3 - 5 people. Pricing is quite fair, no mosquitoes and great service

How to choose safely
What to check before choosing fish restaurants in Gwarinpa
Rankings are a starting point. For this category, these are the checks that most often separate a useful recommendation from a risky one.
Check recency
Restaurants change fast. Recent reviews and photos matter more than old popularity signals.
Match the occasion
Confirm ambience, parking, reservation rules, family-friendliness, and menu availability before going.
Watch consistency
Repeated comments about service speed, cleanliness, portions, and pricing are more useful than one viral review.
