If there’s such a thing as a zero review, I'd drop it here. I did a Pap smear, full blood count and liver function test that they gave me 3 weeks to come back for, came back 3 weeks later and they couldn’t find my result, not just that, they lost my blood sample, and at the end of the day none of the results were available or ready. The staffs were super lackadaisical about it, like it was no big deal.
3 weeks of anxiously waiting to know if I have cervical cancer and these idiots couldn’t find my results. Kept me waiting for an hour whilst they dilly dallied.
When I asked for someone in management to speak to, the staff basically ignored me and disappeared from the waiting area. Like, what even is this? I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to come here. The customer service lady at the upstairs area was utterly useless, with no iota of customer service training. No empathy as should be expected in a hospital.

Surprisingly, I saw this your revew. I took my dad there for a prostate surgery. My dad was so impressed and happy with the tonotch services and facilities. I personally was so impressed with their ambience.
To think that you complained of their fees is laughable. Before we came there, my siblings had made enquiries in Lagos, Abuja and other places. You don't want to here how much the same procedure goes for.
We thank Royal care specialist for brunging such tonotch services, staff and ambience to our door step at a highly subsidised rate. I give them a five star rating.

On your first visit you will pay 10k for card and consultation. Then for each subsequent visit you have to pay 7500 for consultation.
One Dr Frank was just unprofessional, during one of the consultation session he demonstrated laxity and lacks empathy. He was just being insensitive about my medical condition.
Their lab test and general medicines are quite expensive.
I'm rating one star because I had a bad experience there.
