The food was especially bad; both the complimentary breakfast and the meals I ordered from the kitchen tasted horrible. To make matters worse, there was no power for over four hours during the night, which meant the air conditioning did not work. The heat was unbearable, and I couldn’t sleep.
Considering the high room rates, the quality of service and facilities is unacceptable. This hotel really needs to do much better.

So you can’t use the sockets and AC until 8pm and it goes off at 12 am. It’s an averagely lagos price hotel so i wonder why they can’t provide all the necessary things to make a stay memorable.
One of the receptionist was also very slow in assimilating information and poor in relating it.

They don't have electricity to offer you from 7am till... well I don't know... I left around 1.45 pm without ironing my clothes because I was misinformed 😅. The toilet and bathroom was dirty. I have to change the bedsheets to mine own cos theirs was smelling. Their towel was dirty pls don't use it. Their room service was less than average... if i explain the details, you would say I was been kind. PLS DON'T BUY THEIR FOOD U WOULD ONLY REGRET YOU DID.
