Bad reception and receptionist...they are both shabby and unfriendly.
Rooms are big for nothing,air conditioners are old and unworking, I slept under fan with a funny duve.
Towels brownish and hagard.
At 9:00 the bartender was no where to be found....I had to go out for drinks and meals.
I won't visit again and I won't recommend it for anyone.
I paid 19,125 for a ridiculous service delivery.

Chinedu O.★★★★★ — Spacious rooms but dirty bed covers. People get drunk and will be disturbing others with high noise in the night. It will be difficult to have a good sleep. Cockroaches and ants climb up the bed. Room keeping is very poor. Facilities are poor. Poor services generally. Ordered for water and drinks but none was delivered and no feedback given.
tomilayo T.★★★★★ — It a student lodge in Akure, FUTA Area. It's a spacious self contain for students and other resident around the area. It has retail sellers around so buying some mundane thing wouldn't be any difficult and a also has a ball house around. Proximity to school (Southgate) is just a 5-10min walk. Proximity to westgate also is 7-10min walk. It is a popular lodge in which motorcyclist are quite familiar with.
