If you need a nice indoor venue and your on a tight budget, then maybe. You'd need to do quite a bit of decorating though in the hall. On the plus side, the hall is nice and airy, with plenty of windows, free of any annoying pillars that obstruct peoples view.
The hall would probably seat 200 people, maybe more, for a banquet (with tables and chairs). Without tables, maybe 400.
There is open spaces for outdoor events also but like I said, you'd need to do some amazing decorating to get it looking nice.
Overall, it's judt ok, IF you're on a budget.
