The center is well located in 31 Kigoma St, Zone 7, Wuse District, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Just about 2 - 3 minutes off the busy Olusegun Obasanjo Way, this place seats on a quiet but affluent neighbourhood. The centre is divided into 2 business concerns; the service apartments featuring apartments & a park/event center. The general recreational facilities available include an outdoor swimming pool, a gym/health club, spa and wellness center, tennis court etc. However, I am concentrating on the events centre for this review. The events complex offers a blend of comfort, elegance & good amenities. With a large hall & a cavernous surrounding compound, it is a beautiful sight to behold with it's sprawling, undulating, excellently tarred green lawns. Among this wonderful landscape are several areas designated for parking cars, which is adequate to accommodate all attending cars. The ambience, landscaping & serenity of the compound is quit impressive. There're 2 out door huts/lounges (constructed with burnt bricks) within the grounds for patrons to watch TV while taking a drink. A suya joint is also available for close support. There is also a lawn tennis court within the grounds. The imposing marquee hall can comfortably seat up to 350 to 1,000 guests (depending on the preferred arrangement). It comes with state-of-the-art facilities & has multiple exits and entrances. The central air-conditioning is commendably good as the hall remained cool all through the programme, not minding the hundreds of guests inside. The restroom was not only clean, but had running water, tissues & liquid detergents. Note that the convenience is located outside the hall & may be tricky to access when rain is falling. The staff are professional, polite & evidently well trained & briefed. Same with the security personnel who appear neatly dressed in their uniforms, doning illuminating vests & equally maintaining a professional posture. Generally, the quiet, serene & environment is perfect for relaxation & organising events. Furthermore, the well behaved staff & security personnel/architecture are commended
