The climbing tower is much harder than anticipated, trust me. I barely survived the entire bottom floor and gave out immediately after. My wife couldn't lol. Likewise other girls around, they do have relieve routs ofcourse and the safety they take is absolutely commendable. Was also a 5 start experience, each person costs #2,500 naira as of today (same date).
A little hint, the pond area at night is a great place to propose in my opinion.😊

I must commend Heliconia Park for that. From reservations to stay they showed great professionalism.
I stayed at their apartments. I can't speak for the hotel guests.
Things to improve:
1. Acess to the apartments - For a 2 bedroom, I think their should be temporary acess for the second room occupant.
The access scanner at apartment entrance doors need to be relaired
2. Elevators in some blocks don't work.
3. Digitize your meal registration. Making someone sign a register feels like secondary school. I believe you have the finesse and capacity to operate a digital acess restaurant.

The mouse kept making noise and terrorizing me , also some of the rooms have mold , I had to carefully pick my room cos of mold . The food is also thrash !! But the staff A1, the customer service was good for Nigerian standards !!! The owner better pay them well !!!
Oleka A.★★★★★ — I had high expectations for this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, and I was genuinely looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, my experience was poor overall. While the accommodation itself did not really offer a “hotel experience,” I was willing to overlook that given the price. In fact, the privacy was one of the few positives, so that part didn’t bother me. However, several operational and customer service issues made the stay very disappointing. Firstly, there seems to be a serious lack of communication between reception staff. I paid for a night and clearly informed the hotel in advance that I would require a late checkout. I was told it would cost ₦9,000 per hour, which I agreed to. Despite this, upon check-in I was informed that I would only be told by 10 am on my checkout day whether the room would even be available for a late checkout. This was shocking, especially since I had already made a reservation and explained that I had a flight to catch. It made no sense to leave something that important as a “probability. Secondly, the breakfast options were extremely poor. The only choices available were a feta omelette or yam with egg sauce. This is very limited and disappointing for a hotel offering breakfast as part of the stay. Another unpleasant experience was when I called reception in the morning to request an extra roll of toilet paper because the single roll provided was already exhausted. Instead of simply attending to the request, I was questioned about why I needed extra tissue since I was checking out that day. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Finally, the checkout process was the worst part of the experience. My friend and I were basically accosted and detained at reception because the hotel claimed a fourth bath towel was missing. With a flight to catch and no willingness from staff to resolve the issue promptly, we had to pay for the allegedly missing towel rather than wait indefinitely for housekeeping to confirm their own inventory. I honestly loved the idea of this hotel before visiting, but based on my actual experience, I would not recommend it.
