Mohamed D.★★★★★ — My stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor, almost like humidity, which made it very uncomfortable. The furniture seemed very old and added to the bad smell and overall negative impression of the room.
Checking in was also a frustrating experience. The POS machines were not working, and I had to spend half an hour just to get my room, which is completely unacceptable.
The dinner buffet was equally poor and limited. I arrived around 6:30 p.m., just half an hour after opening, and was told that some options were already finished. Portions were very small, the variety was minimal, and most of the food was either cold or clearly reheated multiple times, making it almost inedible. Items like pasta and vegetables were in particularly poor condition after repeated reheating.
Overall, the combination of the room conditions, poor dining experience, and inefficient check-in process made this stay very unsatisfactory.

It shouldn't cost more than ₦8-10k at least. They cook what they like half prepared plantain and rubbish foods and still give us over estimated price. Please try and monitor your cooks and make sure they cook nice. You all are too focused on the rooms and not the food and it will make you lose customers. You sell half done chicken and all. I'm not really happy about it.

I had a very unpleasant stay at Brookview Hotel in Warri. I arrived around 9pm and unfortunately had no choice but to stay the night. The room was dirty, had a terrible smell, and was infested with mosquitoes — I couldn’t sleep at all. To make matters worse, other guests were smoking and making loud noises throughout the night. I felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent night’s rest or basic comfort.
And oh! it looks nothing like the pictures, it has completely deteriorated. Zero star if possible

Queenz C.★★★★★ — I had a very terrible experience with this hotel and i will like to warn everyone to steer clear for their peace of mind.On the 18th of December,my mom wanted to book a room for a church program.She got to the hotel and the room was looking shabby,no light or fan(they said they don't put on gen till 5) and also the toilet was dirty.She decided to leave to another hotel.She had already sent me okuemi hotel acct number and i erroneously sent money -N25000 meant for the new hotel she checked into,to okeuemi.I called severally from 18th to 22nd.They kept posting me and asking me to send account number repeatedly but no money was sent.It took my mum going there on the morning of 23rd before they sent me 24500.They deducted 500 naira telling me it's for transfer charges.
