Ezinne★★★★★ — Employees were nice. Rooms need improvement. We stayed in a Presidential Suite. It had two rooms. Each room had a door to the hallway. Bedroom door did not lock. Found out when we were settled in and trying to go to bed. The extra deadbolt that allows the door to open slightly worked fine so that's what we used. The AC in one of the rooms was not blowing cold. Place is very noisy and people coming in at very late hours were very loud (up to 1:00 in the morning).
We rented the rooms for three adults and paid extra for a folding cot bed. Breakfast (included) is for one person only; found out after one hour of waiting for breakfast to arrive. No time to wait another hour, so we grabbed food elsewhere. The one breakfast they brought was delicious (I was told). Electricity was constant which was nice. Water was working most of the time. During the night the toilet didn't flush, but it was working fine in the morning. Our car was washed overnight (a nice surprise).

You’ve got a nice place but how can I say nice when your showers don’t work and nobody could do anything about it o couldn’t retain the next morning I have to go searching for another hotel just to take a proper bath! The worst is when I call reception the just decline the call. Workers are likely 80% the downfall of any business !!!
