Chiamaka J.★★★★★ — Its very poor, the way the nurses treat patients is very bad 👎, you can imagine standing there for hours and not being attended to, I stood for hours waiting for them to find my folder and it wasn't even arranged inorder everything was just scattered and the nurse in charge was not interested in whatever I was saying rather she was raising her voice at me. Just imagine I was in critical condition waiting for my folder and I collapsed what will they have done? I was so angry to even stand there and instead of dem to be remorseful for wasting my time they told me "when you are ready to be attended to I should go and sit down and wait till they call me, that I will be the last person to see doctor" you can imagine threatening me with that lol, i had medical problems/issues that needed attention urgently and a nurse is telling me that, honestly I was so impatient the delay in looking for folders there is very poor and they should be able to arrange them according to their folder numbers it would have been easy for them to find and they also need to create shelfs for those folders 📂 that's all it takes. Thank God i wasn't in much pain today they would have suffered for it, so rude and mean to patients and its not nice just imagine its a bp patients please they should be nice and orderly in their conduct please its very important thanks.
