I am very displeased to be writing this today because, tell me why I will pay 75,500 naira and it's just 20k for consultation fee and 55,500 for just washing the ear, which they called irrigation , only] to come back home and I'm feeling same pains again and when my husband called them, they're saying "they don[ do ear surgery ,that if the ear needs surgery, the] would refer us to UPTH"
like, same thing I complained about,you checked it with some equipments and you didn't point out anything that could have been the cause of the pain in the ear or if there is anything damaged .
So, you people at Otana inclusive centre are just after money and lack expertise in what you're doing and yet you're answering "ear clinic"
No ear drop was given to me nor drugs ...
