Josephine O.★★★★★ — I am happy with Bm Empire. I thank God for a place like this in Nigeria. I had tumour in the pitutary gland , which everyone was afraid of the surgery.
But to God be the glory, on 10/12/25, the surgery was done at Bm Empire using Endoscope which was very successful. I thank God for His mercies and Bm Empire for their utmost care.

Idowu A.★★★★★ — I had been following Khairo Diet Clinic for a while and consistently saw amazing testimonials about improved health and body transformation. I was impressed by what I was seeing, so I decided to try it for myself and I’m glad I did.
The experience exceeded my expectations. With the right guidance, I adjusted my diet, improved my exercise routine, and experienced a noticeable positive shift in my overall wellbeing. It wasn’t just about weight or appearance, it was a complete lifestyle reset.
If prioritizing your health and wellness truly matters to you, I highly recommend Khairo Diet Clinic. It’s absolutely worth it.
Bamidele T.★★★★★ — Needed a Dietitians to work with so as to help develop dietary plans that not only address my existing health issues but also reduce the risk of developing further complications as I go through chemotherapy and after my treatment.
So far so good having kept religiously to the drawn diet plan, there has been tremendous improvement in my health during and after treatment.
I would recommend khairo Dietry clinic services to anyone who desire a healthy living/ overall wellbeing.
Idris S.★★★★★ — One of the best hospital in VI. Well trained and friendly staff - from the receptionist to the nurses to the laboratory attendant even to the Dr. (that values small chats).
I could remember the day my HMO cancelled this hospital from their list of facilities, the receptionist shows empathy by saying "call your HMO so they could direct you to the next available facility", that shows how professional and extent they value human. Even when the patronages seems to stop, the receptionist still choose to be human (Sorry I forgot the name of that Yoruba receptionist with sometimes kolese hair style - sitting to the left from the entrance). For those I could still remember their name, Beatrice and her assistant with healing smile (possibly, Angela, name skips my mind), Dr. Emma and Dr. Demola), Peter. You are all doing a great job.
To the receptionist, I wish I could rate you 100 🌟. Keep up the good work. Your warm character disposition heals the patient even before the Dr recommended their prescription.

Uche O.★★★★★ — Excellent hospital. I rate them 1000/10 for customer service. From the security guards to the doctors and nurses. I hope they keep it up
Zeko B.★★★★★ — Very bad laboratory…Their doctors gives wrong diagnosis which I went to two different hospitals and confirmed negative 😪Maybe they work with the laboratory just to extort money when you meet the doctor for lab results review
Deborah A.★★★★★ — My experience at LECC is a very memorable one. I was amazed at how hospitable the workers were. From the front desk to the nurses and the doctors I met. Then the Amazing Dr. ALI, she's one of my favor
Noted P.★★★★★ — Sometimes I wake up thinking about my late mum — it’s been seven years and two months since that night at the hospital. What still pains me isn’t only the low standard of care; it’s that my family and I were treated as if we could be taken advantage of. Compared with Nnewi Teaching Hospital, their practices felt careless and transactional. When I went through the bills line by line, I found a charge for 12 hours of ICU care even though she was there for barely two hours. It looked like a printed template handed to us without proper review.
The official time of death on paper didn’t match what doctors told us in meetings during the Chaos in the INDIAN manager’s office (he wears ear-rings). When the manager called a meeting amid the confusion, he suggested directly to me some doctors in other hospital delay death declarations (in the ICU) just to inflate bills; but this time he’s being honest that my mum died in 2 hours and then after telling me that, he unconsciously expected me to accept a 12‑hour ICU charge (in other words, I should indirectly reward him for his honesty -which I caught them right on the act.” His honesty was an act of being caught not genuine repentance, I was worried they might not admit my late mum because at first, they looking at our pockets; they thought I could not bear the cost, in the ICU; yet they still billed those hours which were not administered. I even saw a nurse returning drips and supplements that were supposed to be given to her but never given because they declared her — and those items still appeared on my bill. There was no proper checking until I raised my voice and exposed the errors.
There’s a difference between creating a comfortable environment and actually caring for the sick. Flat‑screen TVs and air conditioning do not replace honest treatment, thorough checks, or fair billing. Visitors may enjoy the luxury, but the patient deserves competent, compassionate care.
I’ve spoken with several doctors that night and tried to forgive those who treated us poorly; I’ve tried to move on. Coming back after seven years and 2 months…, only to be reading similar recent complaints online; this convinces me the authorities should investigate. Some staff are good, but the management and billing practices need accountability and better welfare checks.
This is our country.
If circumstances change and I’m in a position to influence oversight, I will pursue accountability for how my family and others were, and are being treated, If God permits ☝🏻; unless the hospital entire management has truly and demonstrably repented reformed.

JAYEOLA D.★★★★★ — Big parking space
Easy to navigate
Some departments there are now neat and fine
Departments where you pay and get drugs are too far from each other. Thereby making it stressful to move around.
You pay for a thing and get what you pay for somewhere else and far.
Gladys O.★★★★★ — Lagos State University Teaching Hospital is a great place for learning, and one of the best place to go for medical attention, located at the heart of Lagos and is a well known place, very beautiful environment, great service, both Nurses and Doctors work in harmony to achieve their goals... I call the number asking if I can bring a sister over cause of she needs O negetive blood and he said yes but I have to have the card and he gave my number to the receptionist as he said and the receptionist called that I can pay so he can process the cars and I can bringy aunty by Monday so she can be attended too quickly.
