Charles the manager is a frequent liar.
When a problem arises he will deflect, say he will call back and then never do so. Charles took a sample of dry cleaning in 2024 and failed to return it, even after several attempts.
The quality of dry cleaning at C&I is mediocre and they often miss key details of workmanship.
Avoid this dry cleaner and go to a better facility, such as Garment Care or other reputable stores. C&I has bad service and the management is not trustworthy.

I gave my clothes to this laundry shop, and even after four days, they still couldn’t return them. On the fourth night, I called and asked them to return my clothes the next day, even if they weren’t washed. The lady agreed, but the next day, they didn’t deliver anything. When I called again, she finally admitted they couldn’t send them back.
Throughout the entire process, there was zero communication or updates from their side. I then asked her to send me the address of their Washman so I could pick up the clothes myself, but she refused to send it. As a result, I missed an important meeting because of their terrible service.
If you are thinking about using this laundry shop, be extremely careful!

I'll need to take the suits to a better drycleaner to fix the damage. To be specific, they didn't press the lapels of the suits properly. They created new lines on the lapels.
