We gave duvets for dry-cleaning. On receiving back the supposed cleaned duvets they were foul smelling.
We even regretted giving out the materials to them in the first place. We still had to make another arrangement for all our materials to be cleaned again by another laundry company after paying so much with this guys already. I have never seen such a poor service.
They don't even have a professional practice of labelling materials for easy identification. If you have any clothes similar to that of other customers you may be in trouble identifying your materials.
